In addition to the cost of the item(s) and above shipping rates, each customer would also have to pay for :
a) state sales tax (8.75%)
b) US domestic shipping :
- USD2.50 per order, if your total order is less than USD150.00
- FREE if your total order is more USD150.00
c) Singapore domestic shipping :
- SGD8.00 (courier service if your order contains at a least a medium and/or large bag)
- SGD5.00 (SingPost registered mail if your order contains the other smaller items)
Payment & Refund Policy
1) Your total charge is a one-time upfront payment which includes all the costs above.
2) Payment can be made to a local Singapore bank account. Details will be provided after you
have confirmed your order.
3) Exchange rate is fixed at 1.33 for this sale.
4) If your item(s) is out of stock (OOS), a full refund will be made to your bank account within
3 business days.
5) You will be responsible for any customs and duties tax charged by Singapore.

Terms of promotion
1) Email us your final order using the above format. Our email address is shophubusa@gmail.com. We will reply as soon as possible with a complete quote. Please allow for a slight delay in response as we are based in California.
2) Please DO NOT place any item into the online 'shopping bag'.
3) If an item becomes unavailable at the time of order, or when Coach processes the order, a full refund will be made to you within 3 business days.
4) All sales are final. There will be no returns or exchanges.
5) We reserve the right to stop accepting orders once the Coach quota is reached.
6) Although we have no control over delivery time, based on past experience, it normally takes between 4-5 weeks for the items to reach you.
