ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE.

The services offered by ShopHubUSA at http://shophubusa.blogspot.com (the "blog") are provided to you under the terms and conditions of this Terms of Service ("Terms of Service"), and any operating rules or policies that may be published by ShopHubUSA at the URL: http://shophubusa.blogspot.com (the "Service"). The Terms of Service comprises the entire agreement between you and ShopHubUSA, and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. BY USING SHOPHUBUSA, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN. You may continue to use ShopHubUSA as long as you adhere to these Terms of Service.

1      SECURITY

1.1   We are authorized to act on all instructions received by your email.

1.2   We are not obliged to verify the authenticity of such instructions.
1.3   You are responsible for ensuring that all information on the Order Form is accurate.

2     PRIVACY

2.1  We do not sell, rent or disclose your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes

3    BUYER CONDUCT

3.1 You agree not to use our service for illegal purposes or to ship hazardous or dangerous materials.
3.2 You will be responsible for any losses incurred by ShopHubUSA as a result of your improper use of our Service and you hereby agree to indemnify and hold ShopHubUSA harmless from and against all manner of loss or damage arising from your use of our service in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

4     ACCEPTANCE
4.1  ShopHubUSA will not accept delivery on your behalf of goods that prohibited or goods that are clearly damaged. Any such deliveries will be returned refused and returned to sender. ShopHubUSA will not accept delivery to any one on your behalf unless the delivery is addressed to you.

5     INSPECTION

5.1  ShopHubUSA reserves the right to open and inspect all items prior to delivery.

6     EXPORTING

6.1  ShopHubUSA will ship all packages to your address as indicated on your Order Form. You are responsible for ensuring that the address indicated on your Order Form is correct. No packages will be shipped until you have paid all shipping charges. You should note that shipments may be inspected at anytime by Customs authorities and any duties and/or taxes payable is to be solely paid by you.
6.2  All sales are final. There will be no returns or refunds.
6.3  We will ensure that items received from retailers are correct before shipping.
6.4  We will not be responsible for damage caused to items during transit.

7     RATES

7.1  Our rates are posted on the blog. The rates are volumetric weight. You are responsible for paying all shipping charges. These include the US domestic shipping and international shipping costs.
