Do I need to sign up to be a member?
There is no need to sign up or register to enjoy our great service and shipping rates.

Ordering
How do I place my orders?
Click on the 'How to Order' tab and follow our easy step-by-step instructions. Fill in all the required information on the order form and email it to us. We will reply with a confirmation of receipt within 48 hours. You can use the same order form for more than one retailer.

Alternatively, you can email us directly at shophubusa@gmail.com with details of the item(s) you are interested in purchasing.

Can I purchase and ship any item?
In general, we will not purchase and/or ship any of these items:
Antiques
Drugs
Explosives
Firearms
Gambling devices
Ivory
Medical equipment & supplies
Precious metals & stones

If you are unsure about an item, please email us. You are responsible for ensuring that the item(s) you want to purchase are not prohibited by your country. We will not be responsible for purchased item(s) refused entry by your country. We reserve the right to refuse to purchase and/or ship any item.

Can I buy products from any US online retailer?
Yes, you can buy from any US-based online retailer. You are not limited to the list on our page.

I did not receive an email confirming receipt of my order. What do I do?
If you did not receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order (or any other reply emails from us), it might be because you entered your email address incorrectly, or our email could have ended up in your spam/junk folder. First check that you have entered your email address correctly. then, check your spam/junk folder. Remember to add our email address to your contacts so you will continue receiving updates and confirmation from us.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Products purchased online and shipped to our California address will incur sales tax, unless otherwise stated by the online retailer.

Do I have to pay the US domestic shipping costs charged by the retailer?
Yes, you will have to pay all applicable US domestic shipping costs quoted by the retailer. We will indicate the amount on your Order Form, when we reply your email.

Shipping
How soon will I receive my package?
The standard delivery is about 21 days. But this varies depending on the duration of the domestic delivery.

Are my packages insured?
Yes, your packages will be insured. We want to make sure you receive your packages in good condition. The cost to insure your packages is already included in the shipping charges.

What happens if the total weight of my items exceeds 20lbs?
In this case, we will inform you accordingly of the shipping rates prior to purchase.

Will the original packaging of my products be retained and shipped together?
In order to give you the best possible shipping rates, we will remove all original packaging. These include, but are not limited to, hangers, pins, tissues, and excessive plastic wraps. If you would like to retain the original packaging of your products, please indicate so on your Order Form. However, do note that this could increase the volumetric weight of your package, and subsequently, increase your shipping cost.

Customs, Duties & Any Other Fees
For a single item whose value exceeds US$2,500, a Shipper's Export Declaration (SED) form must be filed. This is generally required by the U.S. Census Bureau for U.S. exports. All SED information is provided to the U.S. Census Bureau and is used for export compliance and governmental reporting.

You will be solely responsible for paying all applicable custom duties, taxes and any other fees imposed by your country on your purchase.

Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment to our US-based Paypal account, and payment to a Singapore and Malaysia bank account. Please note that there will be additional fees if payment is made through Paypal. These include cross-border transaction fee and are subject to the exchange rate imposed by Paypal.

Who do I contact if I have questions about an item or my order?
You can email us at shophubusa@gmail.com. We will usually reply within 1-2 business days. Please note that we are based in California, so there will be a delay in response due to the time difference.
