FAQs for Promotion

1)  Can I buy whatever items I want?

Yes. As long as it is legally accepted by the laws of Singapore & Malaysia.

2)  Can I buy any brand(s) I want?

Yes. As long as it is a US retailer with a online store, we will be able to purchase it on your behalf.

3)  Is there a limit to the quantity of bags and/or clothes or other items that I can buy?

Because we expect a high volume of orders, and to be as fair as possible to all our customers, we will be placing a limit on the number of bulky items such as bags, shoes, and electronic goods. These limits are per customer, throughout the entire promotion period. Please see the above table for details.

4) Can I make multiple orders during the promotion period?

You can place as many orders as you wish during the promotion period. There is no limit to how many orders you may place. But there is a limit on the number of items and weight of clothes you may purchase. Please refer to the limits above.

5) Do you know what sales are coming up during the promotion period?

Unfortunately, we do not have such prior knowledge. But we will certainly post as many sales up on our blog and Facebook page as we can. But you are free to email us any items you wish to purchase.

6) What forms of payment do you accept?

Our preferred method of payment is to our US-based Paypal account (shophubusa@gmail.com).

For our customers' convenience, we also offer local interbank transfer in your local currency at the following exchange rates :

USD1 : RM3.21

USD1 : SGD1.32

Interbank transfer details will be provided after confirmation of purchase.

7) When can I expect to receive my items?
This is a special promotion and we expect a high volume of orders. You can expect to receive your items between Jun 5 - 22, 2012. We will email you when the items are shipped out.

8) Can I opt to have my items shipped to me before Jun 5, 2012?

Yes. But we will not be able to extend the 40% off shipping to you. International shipping will be charged at our usual rates.

Terms of Promotion

1) This promotion is ONLY for customers in Malaysia and Singapore. We regret we are unable to extend the same discount for customers in other countries.

2) We expect a high volume of orders, so customers should expect to receive your items between Jun 5 - 22, 2012.

3) All orders must be paid in full at time of purchase.

4) Customers are responsible for paying the item(s) cost, any US domestic shipping, taxes, international shipping and Paypal fees.

5) Our preferred method of payment is to our US-based Paypal account. If you choose to pay in your local currency via inter-bank transfer, please be aware of the exchange rates stated in our FAQs above.

6) Please be sure to provide an accurate local shipping address. We will not be responsible for item(s) shipped to the wrong address.

7) All sales are final. There will be no returns or exchanges.

8) There will be no other shipping discounts included with this promotion. If you are a first-time buyer, AND opt for delivery before Jun 5-22 2012, we will extend the 10% first-time buyer discount only.

9) We reserve the right to change the terms of promotion at any time, with fair notification to our customers.

10) We reserve the right to end the promotion earlier than the stipulated date if and when the maximum limit has been reached. We also reserve the right to extend the promotion period.
