2) We will reply as soon as possible with a complete quote, inclusive of international shipping and all taxes and fees.

3) DO NOT place any item into the online 'shopping bag'. All items placed there, except by ourselves, will be removed.

4) We accept payment to our US-based Paypal account, or Singapore bank account, or Malaysia bank account. There will be an additional 5% charge for payment by Paypal.

5) Stocks run out fast. If an item becomes unavailable at the time of order, or when Coach processes the order, a refund will be made to the customer within 3 business days.

6) All sales are final. There will be no returns or exchanges.

7) The customer is responsible for paying the cost of the item(s), US domestic shipping as charged by Coach Factory, taxes, international shipping, and Paypal transaction fees, if any.

8) There will be no other discounts related to this promotion, including first-time buyer discount.

9) We reserve the right to end the promotion.
