Starting this month, we'll be organizing an Amazon spree on the
first week of every month. For a start, this spree will only be for shoppers in Singapore. We are working to extend this to our customers in Malaysia.
Shipping Rates to Singapore
These approximate rates are based on the shipping weight of the item(s). A bulky item might be charged at a higher rate. These rates are an estimation, and
may change monthly. Actual cost will be emailed to you after we receive your order list.
1 - 4 lbs : SGD10 - 13 / lb
5 - 10 lbs : SGD8 - 11 / lb
11 - 15lbs : SGD6 - 9 / lb
Exchange rate : 1.31 (subject to change monthly)
US Domestic Shipping
If your item is subject to domestic shipping charge, kindly note that these charges will be added to your total.
Collection
Items are estimated to arrive in Singapore around the end of the month.
Choice of :
1) Self-collect at Boon Keng MRT Station (Fri 8-9pm or Sat 9-10am)
2) SingPost Registered Mail - additional SGD5.00
3) Courier Service - additional SGD8.00
There will be a one-time upfront payment for your order. This includes the items, domestic shipping (if any), and international shipping. No other payment is necessary.
We accept payment from Singapore banks via interbank transfer to our Singapore Citibank account. Details will be provided upon order confirmation.
Communication
Please email us the transaction reference of your payment so we may look out for the credit in our bank account.
We will update you when your order has been placed, when we receive the items, and when we ship the items out.
Because we are based in the US, please allow for a slight delay in email communication. However, we will usually reply within a business day.
